Job Description – Tester/Scrum Master

Responsibilities
- Test and prove that the software meets major architectural requirements
- Prove for scalability and performance of a software
- Ensuring the quality of the system as a whole
- Work with firmware developers and validation engineers
- Develop and automate tests for software validation
- Detect bug issues
- Prepare file defect reports and report test progress
- Play a role of Scrum Master.

Skills and Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in performing System Verification & Validation activities
- Bachelor of Engineering in E&E;, E&C;, CS, EEE, IT, or related field
- Domain: Electrical (preferably Schneider similar experience)
- Knowledge of LV and MV devices
- Knowledge of communication protocols like Modbus, TCP/IP, Zigbee, etc.…
- experience in Automation testing tools.
- Experience in Software development life cycle from scratch
- Review business/software requirements and provide inputs.
- Experience in troubleshooting or debugging the applications
- Experience in testing of software that deals with devices




- Hands-on Verification & Validation Plan preparation
- Test Cases Design, Execution, Test results, analyze test results, track software testing metrics and Reporting using the dashboard
- Experience in designing and preparing test bench setup
- Worked with Agile Scrum teams and experience on the usage of Jira Software/ Zephyr/Xray any test management tools
- Knowledge of at least one programming/ scripting language
- Valuable communication skills, ownership, dependable, works with limited directions
- Creative problem solver with the ability to think abstractly; strong analytic skills.
- Experience developing and implementing a formal, structured approach for the testing and implementation of system changes utilizing tools such as, but not limited to Selenium, Jasmine, Mocha, Karma, Cucumber, Gauge, PostMan.
