Role: This is a leadership role to provide Strategic Leadership for Quality and Technical functions by establishing robust governance frameworks, driving process excellence, ensuring product and process integrity, strengthening supplier and operational quality systems, and overseeing technical controls across the product lifecycle to support sustainable business growth and manufacturing excellence.

Roles & Responsibility of Quality & Technical Head:
- Develop, implement & maintain Quality Management System in line with the IMS.
- Process gap assessment of quality & technical requirements in the shop floor with mitigation actions.
- Development of SOP to standardize the process as per the industrial practice.
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits for process & product.
- Quality Control activities like monitoring the Incoming, In process, Final Quality requirements of the Products.
- Effective Vendor/Supplier Quality management by evaluating & approving the current suppliers, conduct periodic audits to ensure quality requirements & non-conformity handling.




- Maintain complete quality records like inspection reports, end to end traceability, test certificates, special process reports etc., Preparing the dossiers for client approval.
- Ensure compliance with the customer regulatory requirements & Customer /Client complaints and claim handling.
- Identify the non-conformities of process & product in house with RCA, CAPA & effectiveness tracking.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by involving the team to achieve the organization goals.
- Lead a team of Quality & technical by giving proper training to achieve the organizational goals.

Technical Function:
- Bill of Material
- Preparing offer BOM.
- Preparing and circulating MBOM
- MBOM should be prepared in consultation with Sourcing and Planning. As make / buy decision is their functional responsibility, we shall consult them and tune MBOM accordingly.
