Business Analyst - Data and Analytics

Job description:

We are currently seeking a Business Analyst for applications used in People Analytics to improve the quality and implement industry wise best practices. In this role the person would work alongside a cross-functional team of technologists, business leaders, developers, project managers and other partners to realize usable and interesting analytical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review open issues with vendors on regular intervals
- Call out short wins and releases on monthly basis
- Enforce the maintenance of accounts on vendor side like OMCS and P@IP
- Vendor management with Oracle and ThoughtSpot
- Ensuring certification, Privacy, and security reviews before product launches
- Campaign and its execution plan with DTC to align with PI planning
- Holding retrospective calls and calling out action items
- Coordination between GHR,



DTC and business
- Confirming committed deliverable are met with periodic checks on progress while ironing any issues
- Backlog refinement and design review meetings to ensure quality of deliverable are adhered
- Policing CAB calls for adherence to processes is in place
- Ensuring deliverables in roadmap planning and platform operation plan are met in time for slated delivery period
- Safeguarding successful completion of short projects like migration, upgrades etc.

Skills and Requirements
- SQL knowledge - valuable to have
