About the Role
We are looking for proactive and detail-oriented professionals with solid expertise in Non-Individual Customer Onboarding. The role involves managing end-to-end onboarding activities for entities such as Companies, LLPs, Partnerships, Trusts, Societies, and other non-individual customers while ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.
The ideal candidate should possess strong stakeholder management capabilities, excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, and the ability to coordinate effectively with branches across India to ensure seamless onboarding operations.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and support end-to-end Non-Individual Onboarding activities across branches PAN India.

Verify and process onboarding documentation for Companies, LLPs, Trusts, Societies, Partnerships, and other non-individual entities.

Coordinate with branch teams, operations,
compliance, and internal stakeholders for smooth onboarding execution.

Provide guidance to branches on onboarding requirements, documentation deficiencies, and compliance-related queries.

Ensure adherence to KYC, AML, regulatory, and internal onboarding guidelines.

Monitor onboarding quality standards and maintain accuracy of customer records.

Follow up with branches and stakeholders to ensure timely closure of onboarding cases.

Communicate effectively in Hindi and English while handling stakeholders across multiple regions.

Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Prepare MIS reports, onboarding trackers, and management updates.

Escalate critical issues and ensure resolution within defined timelines.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve onboarding experience and service delivery.
