About You
To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:
- Mech. Position with 10 + years of experience (ROTARY and Pressure Vessel experience).
- Inspection experience, Code knowledge, knowledge of various QC procedure, Test reports, MTC review.
- Experience in Consulting, Engineering and / or Contracting Company (EPCM, PMC, LSTK Projects), Fabrication and / or Third-Party Inspection Agency experience. Experience in O&G;, Chemical industries.
- Code knowledge in IS, IEC, IEEE, Conversant with Area classification, and various statutory requirements.
- Inspection experience of various Electrical and Instrumentation items like; HV/LV Panels, Transformers, HV/LV Motors, Cables, Control Valve, DG Sets, Transmitters, Alternator, Flameproof equipment, Analyzer, PLC Panel, HMI, Transmitters, Control Valves, etc.
- Knowledge of various Materials, CS, SS, DSS, Titanium.
- Knowledge of various Code and Standards like ASME, API, IS, ASTM, BS, etc.
- Highly motivated team player with excellent leadership skills.
- Communication skills – verbal,
written – to report standard.
- Understanding of the principles and practice of supplier inspection management and the implementation and improvement of supplier management systems.
- Solid coordination/organizational skills with ability to identify and prioritize critical tasks and deliverables.
- Experience in managing a team of inspectors, NDT and Welding Knowledge would be a benefit.
