Role Overview

The Branch Business Head will be responsible for driving Used Car loan business, managing branch profitability, leading sales teams, and strengthening dealer and channel partner relationships within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive branch-level business growth for Used Car finance products.
- Lead and manage sales teams to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build strong dealer, DSA, and channel partner relationships for consistent business sourcing.
- Monitor portfolio quality, operational efficiency, and compliance adherence.
- Develop territory growth strategies and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Track team productivity and implement performance improvement initiatives.

Candidate Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in Used Car / Auto Loan / Vehicle Finance sales.




- Prior experience in team handling and branch business management preferred.
- Strong understanding of dealer markets and local business dynamics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Graduation mandatory.
