ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented HR Executive to join our Human Resources
team. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to build a career in HR and gain hands-on
experience across recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, HR operations, and people




processes.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview
coordination, and candidate communication.

• Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, social platforms, and headhunting to
build a strong talent pipeline.

• Keep track of applicants throughout the hiring process and ensure timely communication and
updates to candidates.

• Assist in onboarding new employees and ensure a smooth joining experience.

• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS data with accuracy and
confidentiality.

• Coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and internal HR initiatives.
