Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on expertise with Asset Manager Tool, ServiceNow, CMDB, CSDM, and SACM processes.
- Develop, implement, and maintain best practice standards, policies, and procedures for planning, recording, monitoring, and maintaining hardware and software assets.
- Design and implement continuous lifecycle management of configuration items (CIs).
- Ensure SACM processes are fit for purpose, compliant with regulations, and aligned with organizational norms.
- Responsible for process design, framework creation, and governance.
- Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure process effectiveness.
- Manage new requirements and changes to SACM processes.
- Coordinate design work for CI and Asset discovery, integration
