Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced SEO Head who has a proven track record of generating measurable outcomes through strategic SEO initiatives. The ideal candidate must have successfully scaled organic traffic in competitive niches and led SEO teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for SaaS products

Drive significant growth in organic traffic, rankings, and conversions

Lead and mentor a team of SEO executives, content writers, and outreach specialists

Perform advanced keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits

Optimize on-page and off-page SEO strategies

Work closely with content, product, and development teams

Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.

Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and industry trends

Ensure measurable ROI from SEO initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience in SEO within the IT industry

Proven success in scaling organic traffic in competitive markets

Robust knowledge of technical SEO, on-page & off-page SEO

Experience handling SaaS product SEO

Strong leadership and team management skills
