Role Overview

The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving Used Car loan business across the assigned territory, managing sales teams, strengthening dealer relationships, and ensuring achievement of business and portfolio quality targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive Used Car loan sourcing through dealers, DSAs, and direct channels.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor Sales Officers to achieve business goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and channel partners.
- Ensure portfolio quality, compliance adherence, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor market trends and implement growth strategies for the territory.
- Track team productivity and drive performance improvements.

Candidate Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in Used Car Finance / Auto Loans / Vehicle Finance.
- Proven experience in team handling and sales management.




- Strong dealer network and market knowledge.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Graduation mandatory.
