Job Summary

We are seeking a energetic Social Media & Performance Marketing Executive to drive brand visibility and lead generation through strategic management of social media platforms and paid advertising campaigns. This role is critical in shaping our digital presence, engaging target audiences, and delivering measurable results through data-driven marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will blend creativity with analytical rigor to optimize campaigns across Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads, ensuring maximum ROI and continuous improvement in performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow company social media accounts across Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Develop and implement content calendars aligned with brand goals and campaign timelines
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads




- Monitor key performance metrics and adjust campaigns in real time to improve ROI and conversion rates
- Analyze audience engagement, campaign performance, and user behavior to inform strategic decisions
- Generate high-quality leads through targeted digital marketing initiatives and conversion-focused creatives

Required Skills
- Proven experience in social media management and performance marketing (0–5+ years)
- In-depth understanding of digital advertising platforms, particularly Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in interpreting campaign data and KPIs
- Creative flair for developing engaging content and compelling ad copy
- Proficiency in content scheduling tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns across channels efficiently
