- Bachelors or Masters in Electrical Engineering, Physics or proof of exceptional skills in related fields, with practical experience
- 10+ years of experience in Electronics
- 5+ years in battery management system

Schneider Electric is looking for a General Manager – Electronics Hardware for Battery Management Systems (BMS) & Battery Packs for its Energy Storage Center of Excellence (CoE).

Incumbent will be responsible for
- Electrical/Electronics hardware for Battery Management Systems for UPS and Storage applications…including Module Level,



Rack Level and System level BMS and Battery packs
- Managing a team of Hardware Engineers to Design, develop, test, debug, document and launch to mass production BMS & Battery Packs that meet regulatory and safety standards, and reliability requirements.
- Reviewing hardware designs, component selection, leading FMEA and RCA

Your expertise in BMS hardware design and validation are critical elements for success. This experience combined with a track record of relevant technical innovation, curiosity, communication, structured analytical thinking, sound business judgment and true leadership skills would make you successful in this role. We are looking for someone who has managed or played a key role in a team that has taken to mass production a battery management systems in the energy storage or automotive industry.
