Technical Recruiter

We are a small recruiting firm based out of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. We are in the start-up phase and looking to expand and grow.

Qualifications
- A Bachelors degree (or higher) is required
- Experience working with various job boards (Linkedln, CareerBuilder, Monster, etc)
- Experience screening candidates for various roles (Software Engineers, PM's, ML Engineers, Quant Analysts, Blockchain Engineers, Marketing Managers, etc)
- Access to quick and reliable internet
- Disciplined and hardworking. Someone who does not need to be micromanaged and does what they say they will do.
- Able to follow instructions.
- Solid command of English. You will be writing a lot of professional emails and speaking with US-based candidates
- Strong knowledge of Excel and Google Spreadsheets
