Role – This role requires to lead the assigned branch by effective planning & management of resources and ensuring achievement of agreed business targets through effective sales strategies to help the branch lead in terms of market share and brand equity in a cost-effective manner. Branch Heads to solicit business through a team of BDMs Advisors or Agency Partners. The role also ensures effective engagement with the partners concerned and the building of relationships with them.
Profile:
- · At least 5 years of proven success in field sales in a team handing role , preferably in the life insurance sector
- · Experience in Agency sales and experience of building and managing a team of advisors is a plus
- · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain solid client relationships.
- · Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close and overcome objections.
- · In-depth knowledge of life insurance products, industry regulations, and market trends
- · Proactive and self-motivated individual with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Must Criteria:
- Candidates should be Graduate
- Male / Female can be Hired
- Age Limit: Minimum 28 years
- Team Management Role is must criteria.

CTC
CTC Can be up to 13.5L + Opportunity to earn incentives >100% CTC

- Competition Branch heads
- Branch Managers of Banks
- BFSI and NBFC Sales Managers preferably leading a team.
First Priority is from the above given profiles, however 20-30% of population can be hired from the alternate profiles.
- Alternate profile could be from Retail, FMCG, Pharma and Telecom sectors in team management capacity.
