Job Description – Collection Manager

Location: Ludhiana

CTC: Up to 7 LPA

Position: 1

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Collection Manager with strong expertise in Mortgage Collections and proven experience in team handling. The role requires mandatory DRA Certification and the ability to drive performance across field and tele-collection teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and lead the mortgage collections team to achieve monthly and quarterly recovery targets.

Drive resolution of delinquent accounts through structured follow-up and field engagement.

Ensure adherence to RBI and company compliance guidelines during all collection activities.

Conduct regular reviews, performance monitoring, and action planning with the team.

Handle escalated cases and support field agents in difficult resolutions.

Coordinate with legal, sales, credit, and operations teams for portfolio-level decisions.

Track bucket-wise performance, roll rates, recoveries, and daily productivity.

Implement strategies to minimize NPAs and improve early bucket collections.





Required Qualifications & Skills

DRA Certification is mandatory.

Minimum 3–6 years of experience in Mortgage Collections.

Prior experience in team handling is essential.

Solid understanding of collection processes, legal guidelines, and portfolio behavior.

Good communication, negotiation, and conflict-handling skills.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
