* Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues
* Maintain HR records, documentation, and employee databases
* Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination
* Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
* Conduct employee engagement activities and performance reviews
* Assist in developing HR policies and procedures
* Coordinate training and development programs

* 3–5 years of experience in HR (preferably in a similar role)
* Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations
* Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
* Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
