Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to support our day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate will coordinate between multiple departments, ensure timely documentation, generate invoices through the ERP system, and assist in production planning and dispatch coordination.

The role requires excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate customer invoices through the ERP system.

- Generate e-Invoices (IRP) and e-Way Bills accurately and on time.

- Coordinate production schedules based on customer orders and delivery commitments.

- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Logistics, Sales, Accounts, and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth order execution.





- Monitor order status from receipt to dispatch and proactively follow up on pending activities.

- Prepare and verify dispatch documentation before shipment.

- Maintain operational records, ERP data, and MIS reports.

- Ensure accuracy in invoicing and documentation while complying with statutory requirements.

- Assist in inventory coordination and dispatch planning.

- Support continuous improvement of operational processes.

- Perform any other operational responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

- 1–2 years of experience in Operations, Logistics Coordination, ERP Operations, Manufacturing Support, or a similar role.

- Freshers with strong analytical skills and excellent coordination abilities may also be considered.

Required Skills

- Working knowledge of ERP software.

- Understanding of GST invoicing, e-Invoice (IRP), and e-Way Bill generation.

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

- Solid organizational and time management skills.

- Excellent coordination and follow-up abilities.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- High attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment will be an added advantage.

- Strong coordination skills with multiple internal departments.

- Proactive, responsible, and process-oriented.

- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Willingness to learn and take ownership of responsibilities.
