This role is responsible for front-end and back-end testing in Life Insurance DMS applications with strong focus on Agent Compensation, KPI and Persistency validation. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Agile Testing, including test case design, in-sprint testing, API testing, and end-to-end business validation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DELIVERABLES – Senior QA
· Should have 3+ years of experience in QA with exposure to Insurance & DMS domain
· Strong understanding of DMS Commission Management:
Basic Commission
Basic Override Commission
Variable Commission
Variable Override Commission
Clawback Commission
Clawback Override Commission
· Experience in validating:
KPI calculation based on Premium Collection
Agent Persistency




· Positive understanding of:
End-to-End flow (Agent ? Policy ? Commission ? KPI)
· Should have knowledge of Agile Testing
· Perform:
Exploratory Testing, In-Sprint Testing, API Testing, E2E Testing
· Must have knowledge on:
Database Testing, Rules Testing, SQL Queries
· Experience in:
Test case design, execution, and maintenance
· Responsible for:
Defect reporting, tracking & defect ageing SLA follow-ups
· Should independently manage assigned tasks and client expectations
