We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead and expand our auto leasing operations in the Delhi NCR region. The ideal candidate will be a proactive sales skilled with a knack for B2B/corporate sales, responsible for acquiring new clients, driving revenue growth, and nurturing long-term relationships with key accounts in the auto leasing sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Business Acquisition & Growth: Aggressively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities to drive business acquisition and expand market share in the auto leasing segment.
- Pipeline Management: Manage and grow the end-to-end auto leasing sales pipeline, from lead generation and prospecting to proposal creation, negotiation, and final closure.
- Corporate Relationship Management:



Develop, maintain, and deepen strategic relationships with key customers, corporate clients, SMEs, and institutional partners.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new avenues for growth and tailor pitches accordingly.
- Client Consultation: Understand client needs regarding fleet management and auto leasing, presenting customized and cost-effective solutions to decision-makers.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and revenue goals.
