- Certification: Sports Certification from National Federations or SAI/NIS.

Student Performance & Analytics

- Track fitness: Measure student BMI, physical stats, and fitness levels.
- Analyze skills: Identify player strengths and weaknesses to build tailored training plans.
- Scout talent:



Identify gifted students to form competitive school teams.
- Report progress: Maintain individual and class performance records. [1, 2]

Coaching & Operations

- Execute training: Deliver structured coaching modules using diverse instruction styles.
- Maintain facilities: Inspect playgrounds, courts, and equipment daily for damage.
- Ensure safety: Guarantee student safety during practice, travel, and tournaments.
- Adapt duties: Handle additional tasks assigned by the Sports Director. [1]
