Vendora is a precision manufacturer of high-quality architectural hardware and engineered metal products, made in India for design-led brands and projects around the world. From our fully integrated facility in Neemrana, Rajasthan, we combine advanced processes — CNC machining, casting, plating, and powder coating — with artisanal finishing to produce hardware that global designers trust. Because everything happens in-house, from first sketch to final finish, we control quality end to end and partner closely with premium labels like MYOH to push what's possible in design, materials, and finishes.

The Role
We're looking for a Product Design Engineer who lives at the intersection of beautiful design and precise manufacturing. You'll take product concepts — handles, hinges, fittings, and engineered metal components — and turn them into detailed, production-ready designs, then work hand-in-hand with our manufacturing and quality teams to make them real.
Day to day, you will:
Create 3D models, assemblies, and detailed technical drawings from concept through production.
Optimize designs for manufacturability across CNC machining, casting, plating, and powder coating, working closely with the shop floor.
Validate designs through calculations, tolerance analysis, and prototyping before they go to production.
Balance aesthetics, feel, and finish with structural integrity, material selection, and cost.
Own design documentation and drive continuous improvement in materials, processes, and product performance.
Collaborate across engineering, quality, and operations to keep projects moving and on-spec.

What You'll Bring
Minimum 3 years of experience in product design,



mechanical design, or precision manufacturing — ideally in architectural hardware, metal fabrication, or a related field.
A strong eye for design paired with solid mechanical engineering fundamentals: material selection, tolerances/GD&T;, and design-for-manufacture.
Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD for 3D modeling and technical drawings, plus CorelDRAW and the Adobe Suite for design and presentation work.
Comfort with prototyping and iterating quickly.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
A diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product/Design Engineering, or a related field.
Good to have: working knowledge of Blender.
A portfolio of past design or engineering work is a big plus — we'd love to see what you've made.
