Teleperformance is Hiring || Site Wellness Lead

- Location: Mohali
- Experience: Relevant experience in Wellness, Counselling, Psychology, Trust & Safety, Content Moderation, or Employee Well-being Programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and drive the site Wellness Program while ensuring compliance with organizational wellness standards.
- Manage and mentor third-party counsellors to deliver high-quality employee support.
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to enhance wellness initiatives.
- Conduct wellness audits, maintain reports, and analyze program effectiveness through data-driven insights.
- Present wellness metrics in MBR, QBR, and HBR meetings.
- Oversee client and internal reporting requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement by gathering feedback and implementing best practices.
- Partner with Recruitment, HR,



and Operations to integrate wellness into the employee lifecycle.
- Work closely with global research teams on wellness-related initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

- Bachelor's degree in psychology, Counselling, or a related field.
- Experience managing Wellness Programs, preferably for Trust & Safety / Content Moderation environments.
- Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience managing vendors and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
