Job Summary
We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to own visual storytelling across Luma's digital, social, and in-clinic touchpoints. You'll shape how patients first experience Luma — from a social post explaining egg freezing to a standee in the clinic waiting room — so strong visual instincts and sensitivity to the emotional nature of fertility care both matter here.
Key Responsibilities
Print & In-Clinic Design
Design brochures (bi-fold, tri-fold, catalogues)
Create flyers and pamphlets for campaigns and events
Develop posters and standees
Social Media & Digital Content
Create YouTube thumbnails and performance marketing ad creatives
Support content for the Luma app and website as needed
Tools & Software
Figma, Canva
Skills & Competencies
Robust grasp of design fundamentals — layout, typography, color theory
Sharp visual storytelling instincts and an eye for aesthetics
Understanding of marketing and content requirements across formats
Comfort using AI tools to generate and adapt creatives quickly
High attention to detail and reliable under deadlines
Sensitivity to the emotional nature of fertility care — visuals should feel warm, clear, and reassuring, never clinical or cold
