We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage and grow strategic staffing accounts. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in IT staffing, client relationship management, delivery coordination, and revenue growth. They will act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring excellent service delivery while identifying opportunities to expand business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end relationships with assigned staffing clients.
- Serve as the single point of contact for hiring managers, procurement teams, and client stakeholders.
- Understand client hiring plans and workforce requirements.
- Partner with recruiters, sourcing teams, and delivery managers to ensure timely fulfilment of positions.
- Conduct regular governance meetings (Weekly/Monthly Business Reviews).
- Resolve client escalations and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling.
- Forecast hiring demand and prepare hiring pipelines.
- Negotiate commercial terms wherever applicable.
- Ensure SLA compliance across all assigned accounts.
- Maintain accurate reports in ATS/CRM and prepare management dashboards.
