- Process: International Process (Healthcare Domain)
- Shifts: Rotational Shifts
- Working Days: 5 days a week, 2 rotational week offs
- Location - Noida, Candor
- Budget - Upto 5 LPA
- Education – HSC/ Graduate can apply
- Work Exp. – Minimum 6 months experience required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Valuable Communication. (Voice B2-60-65)
- Answer Inbound Calls from US Consumers.
- Should be able to probe and identify the problem on call
- Adhere to the Service Level Agreement (SLAs) specified by the Client / Process for Quality, Productivity, Attendance and Schedule Adherence.
- Answer Inbound Calls from US Customer.
- Should be able to probe and identify the problem on call.
- Should be able to answer / resolve queries using process documents.
- Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures as well as customer-specific requirements.
- Up-Skill/ cross-skill as required.
