Role Description :

Aurigo Software Technologies is seeking a senior marketing communications leader to shape the company's narrative and drive external visibility. This individual will oversee the communications function — spanning strategic communications, PR and media relations, and employer branding — and will be the single accountable leader ensuring Aurigo'svoice is credibleand consistent acrossall channels and audiences. This is a high-impact role that requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution. The right candidate is equally comfortable advising senior leadership, managing agency and media relationships, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and lead the annual communications plan to raise Aurigo's profile among C-level executives, media, and talent across core market segments.
- Oversee Aurigo's PR strategy across the US and India — managing agency relationships, press releases, media outreach, editorial placements, contributed articles, coverage amplification, and speaking opportunities for company leadership.
- Own executive positioning and thought leadership for the Founder & CEO and the senior leadership team — including talking points, media briefing prep, and keynote messaging.
- Drive awards strategy and positioning, managing the company's awards calendar to strengthen Aurigo's reputation as an industry leader.
- Lead social media and digital presence — overseeing content strategy, community management, and Aurigo's brand across platforms, review sites, and industry forums.
- Craft and execute a comprehensive employer branding strategy, positioning Aurigo as an employer of choice — including campus partnerships, campaigns,



and employee advocacy programs.
- Lead crisis and sensitive communications, ensuring timely and consistent messaging across all stakeholder groups.
- Partner with Product, Sales, and Executive leadership to build strategic narratives around Aurigo's AI-native platform and translate complex technology into clear messaging for diverse audiences.

Qualifications :

- 8+ years of progressive experience in marketing communications or corporate communications at a B2B SaaS or enterprise technology firm, with a proven track record across executive communications, PR, media relations, and employer branding.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a flair for storytelling and producing high-quality content across formats.
- Experience operating at the C-suite level with the presence to build rapport with senior leadership and credibly represent the company externally.
- Ability to translate a complex technology platform into clear, audience-appropriate messaging for prospects, customers, media, and industry specialists.
- Strong people leadership skills with experience managing teams, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders across geographies.
- High level of attention to detail and experience managing multiple projects to successful completion simultaneously. Comfortable working in a high-growth workplace with competing priorities among a globally dispersed team.
- Bachelor's degree in journalism, marketing, business communications, public relations, or a related field. MBA or post-graduate degree preferred.
- Experience with the United States public sector market or familiarity with infrastructure and capital programs is preferred.
