We are looking for an experienced Investor Relations Manager to join our team and manage investor communication and engagement on behalf of our clients. This role combines expertise in investor relations and analyst communication along with media understanding and reach for financial communication. Proven experience in coordinating high-profile investor meetings and conferences, with a strong track record of successful event execution.

Experience in Investor Relations
Build and nurture a robust network of relevant stakeholders such as media contacts, analyst and influencers
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients' investor relations needs, offering strategic advice and developing customized IR and PR strategies that align with their business goals.




Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial analysts, investors, and media. Coordinate and manage investor events, such as earnings calls, annual meetings, and investor roadshows.
Media Communication and understanding of investor reach across India.
Ensure that all content is accurate, clear, and aligned with the clients messaging and strategic objectives.
Develop and distribute event materials, such as agendas, presentations, and investor packets.
Manage logistics for calls, including coordinating with external vendors, setting up conferencing tools, and ensuring technical issues are addressed promptly.
Coordinate follow-up communications with investors post-call, addressing any additional questions or requests for information
Compile and analyse feedback from investor calls to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement
Maintain and update investor and media databases, ensuring all contact information and communication records are current

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who are postgraduates preferably in finance or mass communications to cater to our clients.
