Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance knowledge will be added advantage. Current Product Development
1) Review customer drawings, specifications, and technical requirements.
2) Conduct feasibility studies for stamping, fabrication, welding, and assembly processes.
3) Prepare product development plans and timelines.
4) Coordinate prototype development and validation activities.
5) Support design modifications for manufacturability (DFM).

Process Automation & Industrial Engineering
1) Identify opportunities for automation and productivity improvement.
2) Design and implement:
3) Pick-and-place systems
4) Pneumatic and hydraulic automation
5) Robotic welding cells
6) Conveyor systems
7) Vision inspection systems
8) Automated material handling systems
9) Develop semi-automatic and fully automatic manufacturing solutions.
10) Conduct cycle time studies and OEE improvement projects.

Evaluate ROI and payback for automation investments.

Educational Qualification Required :

1) B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or Automation Engineering

2) Additional certification in PLC, Robotics, Industrial Automation, or Lean Manufacturing will be an advantage.

3) Experience - 3-4 Years in Precision Stamping Industry, Sheet Metal Fabrication .
