Job Summary:

The selected candidates will provide high-quality patient care, contribute to multidisciplinary clinical management, and support the hospital's commitment to excellence in healthcare delivery, patient safety, and medical ethics.Key Responsibilities (JD)

- Diagnose and manage patients in OPD, IPD, ICU, and Emergency settings as applicable.
- Provide evidence-based treatment and clinical decision-making.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation.
- Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and CME activities.
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, NABH standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Attend emergency calls and critical situations as per departmental requirements.
- Guide and mentor junior doctors, nursing staff, and allied healthcare professionals.
- Promote patient satisfaction through effective communication and compassionate care.

QualificationsFor General Duty Medical Officers

- MBBS from a recognized institution.
- Valid Medical Council/National Medical Commission (NMC) Registration.

For Specialists

- MD/MS/DNB or equivalent recognized postgraduate qualification in the relevant specialty.
- Valid Medical Council/NMC Registration.

For Critical Care Doctors

- MD/DNB in Critical Care, Anaesthesia, Pulmonary Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or equivalent.
- Fellowship/Training in Critical Care Medicine preferred.

Experience

- MBBS Doctors: 0–5 years of clinical experience.
- Specialists (MD/MS/DNB): Minimum 1–10 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Critical Care Doctors: Minimum 1–5 years of ICU/Critical Care experience preferred.
- Fresh postgraduates with strong academic credentials may also apply.
