We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Beauty Advisor (BA) Supervisor to join our team in Bengaluru for our Up-to-date Trade division. This role is pivotal in supporting and leading our expanding BA team across various locations. Role Title: BA Supervisor

Industry : Color Cosmetics (Modern Trade)

Location: Bengaluru

Job Responsibilities:

- Source, interview, and hire Beauty Advisors to meet the growing team requirements.
- Conduct regular onboarding sessions and continuous training for BAs to ensure they are equipped with the latest product knowledge and selling techniques.
- Provide regular updates on new products and promotions to BAs.
- Assist BAs in achieving sales targets through coaching, motivation, and strategic support.
- Monitor stock levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with management for replenishment.
- Address and resolve queries from BAs promptly and effectively.
- Maintain daily sales reports and oversee monthly stock and sales closing procedures.
- Act as a liaison between BAs and management,



ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals.
- Take ownership of tertiary sales targets and implement strategies to achieve them.

Skills Required:

- Meticulous in maintaining stock records, sales reports, and resolving queries.
- Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of make-up techniques, products, and beauty trends.
- Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Willing to travel for market visits and business needs.
- Takes ownership of responsibilities and delivers results.
- Adaptable to changing business priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Prior experience in beauty industry or retail management
- Proven experience in team leadership and sales management
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and sales software
