As a Key Account Manager – Marketplaces , you'll own the growth of some of India's largest e-commerce and quick commerce platforms. You'll work at the intersection of business, analytics, marketing, and operations to ensure Plum continues to win where customers shop online.
This role isn't just about managing accounts—it's about building partnerships, spotting opportunities, and driving sustainable business growth.
Own the end-to-end business for assigned marketplace accounts and be the primary point of contact.
Build strong relationships with platform teams to drive joint business plans and long-term growth.
Plan, negotiate, and execute commercial agreements, promotions, and visibility opportunities.
Drive revenue, profitability, and market share across your accounts.
Collaborate with Supply Chain and Operations to ensure healthy inventory, seamless fulfilment, and high service levels.
Monitor assortment, pricing, availability,
and content to ensure a best-in-class customer experience.
Analyze sales trends, campaign performance, and customer insights to identify opportunities and recommend growth strategies.
Prepare business reviews, performance reports, and growth plans for internal and external stakeholders.
Champion Plum's brand positioning and ensure consistent visibility across all marketplace touchpoints
Has a minimum of 3 years of experience managing marketplace or e-commerce accounts
Enjoys working with data and turning insights into business decisions.
Has strong Excel skills and is comfortable working with sales reports and analytics.
