What Makes You a Great Fit
The Senior Equity Specialist is responsible for administering and managing global equity compensation programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless employee experience. This role partners cross-functionally with Payroll, HR, Finance, Legal,



and external vendors to support the full lifecycle of equity awards while driving process improvements and scalability.

How You'll Make An Impact
Equity Administration
- Administer global equity programs (RSUs, stock options, Tokens, etc.)
- Manage the administration of equity awards
- Registration for required countries
- Inputs from customers
- Customer inquiries through our ticketing system
- Maintain equity data in systems (GWP - Proprietary system)

Payroll & Tax Integration
- Partner with Payroll to ensure accurate tax withholding and reporting for equity events
- Support global tax compliance related to equity compensation
- Reconcile equity transactions with payroll and finance systems

Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with local and global regulatory requirements
- Support audits (internal, external, SOC if applicable)
- Prepare reports for cross-functional teams and customers
