Position Title: Quality Inspector –

Experience Required:

2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing industry
- Experience in SQA activities preferred
- Budget: 22000 to 25000 PM

Educational Qualification: ItI Fitter

Preferred Industry Background:
- Machine manufacturing industry or Mechanical component manufacturing
- Textile machinery industry
- Motor assembly/manufacturing industry
- Automobile manufacturing

Technical Knowledge Required:

-
· Basic knowledge of quality inspection instruments: (basic awareness preferred)

- Vernier Caliper
- Micrometer
- Height Gauge
- Dial Gauge
- Bore Gauge (basic awareness preferred)
- Knowledge of 7 QC Tools
- Valuable understanding of mechanical drawing reading
- Understanding of dimensions, tolerances, symbols,



and inspection parameters

Job Responsibilities:
- Supplier quality inspection activities
- Verification of components as per drawing/specification
- Identification and reporting of quality issues
- Maintaining inspection records and reports
- Coordination with suppliers/internal departments for quality concerns

Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Candidate should have practical shop floor inspection exposure
- Should be confident in using measuring instruments independently
- Should have defect identification and rejection handling understanding
