The Role
As a Manager, Payroll with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc.
Role Purpose:
Worley Finance is in the midst of an exciting transformation, reimagining payroll delivery and building a revitalised, future‑ready capability within our WES shared service centre. Reporting to the WES Senior Payroll Manager, the Payroll Manager oversees the daily operations of centralised payroll services delivered from India, driving day‑to‑day operational excellence and ensuring consistent, accurate and reliable payroll outcomes across the business.
Key Accountabilities:
- Payroll Execution
- Manage day to day payroll processing activities for assigned countries or regions.
- Ensure payroll inputs, processing, validations and outputs are completed to agreed standards and timelines.
- Monitor payroll calendars and resolve operational issues and escalations within agreed service levels.
- Quality, Controls & Compliance
- Ensure payroll controls are executed effectively during every payroll cycle.
