Hiring: VP – Group Investor Relations & Performance Monitoring/Reporting | Senior Leadership Mandate
? Company: A leading diversified financial services group with multiple insurance and NBFC subsidiaries (listed and unlisted entities)
? The Role:
Lead company-wide investor relations initiatives — including for unlisted subsidiaries — covering investor decks, earnings calls, analyst coverage expansion, and roadshow preparation for equity/debt raises. In parallel, own performance monitoring and reporting across subsidiaries: MBR preparation, AOP/LRS review, peer benchmarking, and capital management reporting (solvency, RBC ratios). Reports into the Group CFO with direct exposure to CMD and Board.
✅ Key Requirements:
- 15+ years in IR, corporate finance, or financial planning; insurance/diversified financial services exposure preferred
- Robust hands-on financial modelling and valuation expertise (DCF, comparables, precedent transactions)



for M&A; and due diligence
- Working knowledge of IFRS 17 and regulatory frameworks (IRDAI, SEBI, RBI)
- CA / CFA / MBA (Finance), with proven investor relations and stakeholder management track record
