The Role
Drive Scimplify’s growth by spearheading strategic partnerships and commercial execution across the crop protection value chain. You will identify high-impact opportunities, negotiate complex agreements,



and build integrated business plans with manufacturers, distributors, and technology providers in the region.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnerships & Growth
- Identify and manage long-term partnerships with manufacturers and distributors to expand Scimplify’s footprint.
- Negotiate commercial agreements that ensure sustainable profitability and market share.
- Monitor market trends and regulatory shifts to pivot strategy and capture new opportunities.

Commercial Strategy & Execution
- Design and execute annual sales plans to meet revenue and margin targets.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration (R&D;, Regulatory, Finance, Marketing) to drive product launches and joint innovations.
- Translate market intelligence into actionable business development initiatives.

Account & Financial Management
- Cultivate senior-level relationships with strategic B2B accounts, positioning Scimplify as a preferred partner.
