Job Description
DESIGN
- Responsible for client contact and communicating goals and responsibilities to project team.
- Takes initiative on strategic issues including design direction and providing quality management.
- Develops and coordinates detailed design concepts with ability to develop functional requirements and project-design criteria.
- Demonstrates understanding of the architectural design process and integration of design concepts/ with ability develop design element components in BIM.
- Coordinates integration of engineering systems into the overall project design in BIM.
- Responds to technical implications of design decisions.
- Promotes firm and project goals of excellence in design, execution and sustainability.

TECHNICAL
- Implements code, accessibility, and zoning analyses.
