JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Sales Executive with 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the real estate industry. The role involves sales calling, client coordination, leasing activities, receivables follow-up, and effective coordination with clients and the Head Office to ensure smooth sales and leasing operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Make outbound sales calls and attend inbound customer enquiries.
· Generate, qualify,



and convert sales leads.
· Coordinate with prospective clients for meetings, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
· Handle leasing enquiries, identify prospective tenants, conduct site visits, and assist in lease finalization.
· Prepare quotations, booking forms, lease proposals, and other sales/leasing documentation.
· Coordinate with the Head Office for approvals, documentation, agreements, payment updates, and customer queries.
· Follow up with customers and tenants for timely collection of receivables, outstanding payments, rent, and required documentation.
· Maintain customer and tenant records, CRM data, and MIS reports.
· Provide project information, pricing, payment plans, and leasing details to prospective clients.
· Build and maintain robust relationships with customers, channel partners, and tenants.
