The RoleAs a Client Servicing Manager, you will be the primary relationship point between our Members and our Operations Team, ensuring every request is communicated with clarity, executed seamlessly,



and delivered to the highest standards.
You will take complete ownership of the client journey—from understanding member requirements and coordinating with internal teams to providing proactive updates and ensuring every experience exceeds expectations.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, communicates with confidence, and has a natural ability to manage people, priorities, and premium service experiences.
