We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager to drive sales growth, channel development, and key account management across the western region. The candidate will be responsible for managing regional sales operations, developing strategic partnerships, and achieving revenue targets for technology products such as 3D printers, scanners, and additive manufacturing solutions from brands like Formlabs .
Develop and execute a regional sales strategy for the Western region.
Identify and develop recent business opportunities in the manufacturing, R&D; labs, automotive, aerospace, and education sectors .
Lead sales presentations, product demonstrations, and solution proposals .
Manage and mentor the regional sales team .
Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and regional performance analysis .
Strong B2B sales experience in technology/ industrial equipment.
Experience selling 3D printing, scanning, CAD/CAM, or advanced manufacturing solutions .
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets .
Experience managing channel partners and distributors .
Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Business / Marketing .
MBA in Sales or Marketing (preferred).
Experience working with industrial technology brands like Formlabs or similar additive manufacturing companies .
Strong network within manufacturing, prototyping, automotive, and R&D; sectors .
