Chat Sales Representative (US Shift)

At Shvasa, we are looking for high-octane "Chat Closers" who also happen to be wellness experts. We need sharp, persuasive sales hustlers who can take warm prospects over live chat/messaging and convert them into first-time paying subscribers. If you have experience in B2C health-tech sales (HealthifyMe, Cult.Fit, Ed-Tech) and know how to build value, handle objections, and close deals rapidly via text, this role is built for you.

This is a performance-linked, target-based core sales role. You will be directly responsible for top-line revenue growth by converting chat leads into long-term premium members.

Key Responsibilities (Target-Driven)

- High-Volume Chat Closing: Own and manage the chat sales funnel. Engage with high-intent inbound leads via live website chat,



WhatsApp, and social channels to convert them into first-time buyers.
- Rapid Objection Handling: Identify friction points regarding pricing, schedules, or commitment in real time. Turn hesitation into immediate sales through crisp, convincing, and highly personalized chat responses.
- Consultative Sales & Value Creation: Use your yoga, fitness, or nutrition background to understand prospect health goals. Recommend the perfect subscription package based on their needs.
- Active Pipeline & Follow-Ups: Maintain strict follow-up cadences with warm leads, trial drop-offs, and abandoned carts via chat/messaging to maximize conversion rates.
- Point-of-Sale Upselling: Increase Average Order Value (AOV) by pitching long-term plans or high-ticket YTT (Yoga Teacher Training) programs to high-potential chat leads.

Required Candidate Profile

Note: The qualifications below are strict prerequisites. Only candidates meeting all criteria will be considered.

- Sales Background: Proven track record in B2C inside sales, live-chat sales, or new user acquisition (HealthifyMe, Cult.Fit, or Ed-Tech experience highly preferred).
- Target-Driven Mindset: Ready to hunt targets, aggressively follow up with chat leads, and take ownership of revenue metrics.
- Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work evening or night shifts (between 6 PM and 8 AM IST) to support our global US/Europe client base.
