Brahmarishi Homes is expanding its leadership team and is seeking an experienced Sales Head to drive business growth, lead high-performing sales teams, and develop strategic sales initiatives for our real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business objectives.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
Set sales targets, monitor KPIs, and conduct regular performance reviews.
Build strong relationships with clients, channel partners, brokers, and investors.
Identify recent business opportunities and expansion strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to drive quality lead generation campaigns.
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities.
Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and management presentations.




Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
Drive revenue growth while maintaining organizational standards.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree; MBA in Marketing or Sales preferred.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
Proven experience in leading successful sales teams.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Excellent business development and strategic planning abilities.
Target-oriented with a proven track record of delivering results.
