We work with fast-growing startups and large enterprises globally, delivering outcomes, not just services across content, SEO, and performance-driven organic growth programs. We’re looking for senior sales individuals who can own complex deal cycles, sell value, and close meaningful revenue.
Role Overview
We are hiring a Senior Sales Account Executive / Sales Manager to drive new business acquisition across mid-market and enterprise accounts.
At Pepper, you will:
- Build account intelligence, map key stakeholders, create org charts to sell into the target accounts.
- Prospect via cold calling, personalized emails,
compelling LinkedIn inmails - using sales navigator and other outreach tools.
- Execute email sequences using Outplay and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Manage a healthy sales pipeline and push deals towards closure.
- Ensure the CRM (salesforce.Com) hygiene is maintained to accurately forecast deals.
- Collaborate with supply, marketing, product, sales operations, finance and other cross functional teams for better execution.
Should apply if you have:
- 4-7 years of experience in selling content and marketing solutions across the Indian market
- Experience in driving end-to-end closures, and have managed big ticket deals (Typically more than 1 Cr)
- Robust track record of achieving quotas consistently.
- Prior experience of martech, adtech or Content Sales, Digital Marketing Solutions is mandatory.
