Compensation: We are hiring an experienced Zonal Manager – Sales & Admissions to lead regional student recruitment and drive admission growth for Chandigarh University.
Manage admissions operations across 3–5 states within the assigned zone.
Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of counselors and managers to achieve business goals.
Plan and execute seminars, education fairs, and outreach activities.
Track lead conversions through CRM and analyze admission performance.
11+ years of experience in Higher Education/University Admissions, Education Sales, or Student Recruitment .
~ Proven experience managing regional admissions across multiple states (3–5+ states) .
~ Strong team leadership experience, including managing managers and large admissions teams.
~ Excellent stakeholder management, business development, and relationship-building skills.
~ Robust analytical, reporting, and CRM management skills.
