Key Requirements

5–6 years of experience in IT Services Sales / IT Solutions Sales / Technology Sales

Strong experience selling IT services and technology solutions to enterprise clients

Hands-on exposure to the GCC and/or international markets

Proven expertise in new business development, lead generation, client acquisition, and account management

Experience managing the complete sales cycle—from prospecting to deal closure

Ability to engage with CXOs, CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads, and other senior decision-makers





Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills

Reliable career history is essential

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities across GCC and international markets.

- Sell IT services, technology solutions, and digital transformation offerings.

- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.

- Understand client requirements and propose the right technology solutions.

- Lead end-to-end sales activities, including prospecting, client meetings, proposals, negotiations, and closures.

- Collaborate with presales, technical, and delivery teams to deliver winning solutions.

- Build long-term relationships with enterprise clients.

- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
