About the Role

The role is for a Business Analyst with exposure to Generative AI, supporting E/E Integration initiatives by translating business needs into clear requirements, AI-enabled use cases, process improvements, and adoption-ready solutions.

What awaits you / Job Profile

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and document functional and non-functional requirements for E/E Integration and AI-enabled solutions.
- Act as the key SPOC between business teams, product owners, application owners, developers, solution architects, and AI teams.
- Identify opportunities where AI and Generative AI can improve productivity, quality, efficiency, knowledge management, and user experience within E/E Integration.
- Support AI use case discovery, requirement gathering, prioritization, feasibility discussions, and business value assessment.
- Assist in prompt definition, use case validation, user acceptance testing, feedback collection, and adoption tracking for AI applications.
- Evaluate existing workflows and suggest AI-driven enhancements, automation opportunities, and process improvements.
- Interpret business and operational data, create reports, and provide insights for decision-making.
- Work with developers and application owners to implement business solutions and ensure alignment with business expectations.
- Support knowledge transfer, documentation, transition activities, and best-practice sharing for AI and digital initiatives.
- Assist in tracking project progress, managing risks, and ensuring timely delivery of AI and digital transformation initiatives.

What should you bring along

- 6 - 10 years of overall IT experience with exposure to Business Analysis, Product Management, Digital Transformation, Process Improvement, or application delivery.
- Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI concepts.




- Exposure to AI-powered tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, Gemini, Claude code or similar platforms.
- Ability to translate business requirements into AI use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurable business outcomes.
- Precision in documentation, analysis, and stakeholder communication.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to question existing processes and propose improvements.
- Ability to build relationships and manage expectations across business and technical teams.
- Comfortable working in an agile and rapidly evolving technology landscape.
- Passion for continuous learning and adoption of emerging AI technologies.
- Exposure to automotive engineering, E/E Integration, verification, testing, or enterprise application transformation will be an added advantage.

Must Have Technical Skills

- Analytical Thinking - Ability to assess business problems and propose logical solutions.
- Requirement Gathering & Documentation - Expertise in creating clear business requirements, user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and decision logs.
- Generative AI Fundamentals - Understanding of LLMs, prompts, AI copilots, RAG concepts, responsible AI principles, and AI adoption considerations.
- Communication Skills - Strong verbal and written communication to interact with stakeholders across business and technology teams.
- Problem Solving - Capability to identify issues, evaluate alternatives, and recommend practical solutions.
- Data Interpretation - Ability to analyze business data, identify patterns,



and derive actionable insights.
- Project Management - Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Stakeholder Management - Ability to work effectively with business leaders, product owners, architects, developers, and application teams.
- Change Management - Experience in guiding teams through application transitions, adoption activities, and process changes.

Good to Have Technical Skills

- AI / Generative AI certifications from Microsoft, Google, AWS, Coursera, Udemy, or equivalent learning platforms.
- Knowledge of Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or similar AI application platforms.
- SQL & Data Querying - Ability to extract and analyze data for deeper insights.
- Prompt Engineering - Ability to structure effective prompts and validate AI responses for business use cases.
- Process Mining and Workflow Analysis experience.
- UI/UX Understanding - Knowledge of user experience principles for better product and application adoption.
- Presentation & Storytelling - Ability to communicate insights, AI opportunities, and business value in a compelling manner.
- Experience supporting AI product adoption, knowledge management, or change enablement initiatives.

Certifications Preferred

- Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals or equivalent AI fundamentals certification.
- Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Azure OpenAI, or Responsible AI learning/certification exposure.
- Any recognized Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, Business Analysis, Agile, Scrum, or Product Management certification.
