Description

1. The Manager – Trust Accounting will lead end-to-end trust accounting operations for MGA/Lloyd’s Market business, ensuring accurate premium and claims accounting, broker and carrier settlements, fiduciary compliance, and operational excellence.
2. The role requires robust expertise in Lloyd’s Market processes, delegated authority business, client money handling, reconciliations, bordereaux management, and stakeholder management across brokers, carriers, TPAs, underwriting, finance, and operations teams.
3. The individual will also drive process improvements, operational controls, reporting governance, and transformation initiatives to support scalable MGA operations.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions





Manage end-to-end trust accounting activities for MGA/Lloyd’s Market business

Oversee premium, claims, and commission accounting processes

Ensure timely and accurate cash allocations, settlements, and reconciliations

Manage insurer, broker, and client account reconciliations

Monitor fiduciary and client money accounts

Review and validate bordereaux submissions and payment allocations

Ensure accurate handling of multi-currency transactions

Manage aged debt, unapplied cash, and suspense accounts

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with relevant experience of 6 to 9 years
