1-Verify and scrutinize loan application documents for completeness and accuracy
2-Process loan files as per company credit and compliance guidelines
3-Coordinate with Sales, Credit, Legal, Technical, and Operations teams for smooth file movement
4-Ensure all KYC, financial, and property-related documents are received and validated
5-Track application status and follow up with internal stakeholders for pending requirements
6-Maintain accurate records in the Loan Management System (LMS) and other internal systems
Key Responsibilities:
1- 2 to 3 years of experience in loan processing, credit operations, banking, NBFC, or financial services
2-Good understanding of KYC, loan documentation, and credit processing
3-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
4-Positive communication and coordination skills
5-Exposure to Education Loans, LAP, Mortgage, or Institutional Lending
