Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Provide L3 support for Microsoft 365 services.
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to:
• Exchange Online
• Microsoft Teams
• SharePoint Online
• OneDrive for Business
• Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Microsoft Intune
• Manage mail flow, connectors, transport rules, and mailbox migrations.
• Support hybrid environments (Exchange Hybrid, AAD Connect).
• Handle critical P1/P2 incidents.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and create post-incident reports.
• Work with Microsoft Support for product-related issues.
• Drive problem management and preventive actions.
• Manage:
• Conditional Access Policies
• MFA
• SSO
• Identity Governance
• Monitor and respond to security incidents.
• Implement Microsoft Defender and security best practices.
• Develop automation using PowerShell.
• Create scripts for administration, reporting, and monitoring.
• Improve operational efficiency through process automation.
• Provide technical guidance to L1/L2 teams.
• Participate in change, release, and capacity management.
• Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
