Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Underwriter to join our Life Insurance team. The Underwriter will evaluate and assess life insurance applications, determining the risks associated with policy issuance. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of underwriting guidelines, risk management, and insurance policies.

Responsibilities:

- Review and assess life insurance applications and related documents.
- Evaluate risk factors including medical history, lifestyle, and financial background.
- Make informed decisions on coverage amounts, premiums, and policy terms.
- Collaborate with agents, brokers,



and other departments to ensure smooth underwriting processes.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all underwriting decisions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and company policies.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in insurance, finance, or a related field.
- Knowledge of life insurance products and underwriting guidelines.
- Solid analytical and decision-making skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
